General Conference 4/6/22

Wow! Where do I begin?!

This week has been really busy in the best way, so much has happened and i can't believe it's only been a week since my last update. 
On Wednesday we had Zone Conference. It was amazing! Being so close to Easter we focused on the attributes of Christ. I am getting to know Jesus Christ a lot better as I serve him and the spirit was so strong on Wednesday. President and Sister Thompson are so so amazing, i love them so much and they really know how to encourage me and all the ELM missionaries! 
On Friday our district was invited to "Mamma" Aidoo's house (the woman who welcomed me to the ward by saying "welcome to the jungle" 🤣) for dinner and we had FUFU. 🤩 A traditional African dish that was literally SO GOOD! i dont really know what it was but it was good lol. We ate it with our hands so it was a whole new experience but it was really fun to have a DA with all the Elders! She says we can all go to Africa now too hahaha
This weekend was exactly what i needed. My questions and my prayers were answered. Not in the ways i expected but in the ways i absolutely needed! God is so real! Jesus Christ truly does live and He is leading His church. I could write a novel about all the things that stood out to me but what stood out to me might not be what God needs you to hear so if you haven't watched GC go watch it! I did love Elder Hollands and Elder Kearons talks from Saturday afternoon and President Nelsons Momentum talk so much! I love this Gospel and I'm grateful to have the oppurtunity to share it with others. Also... Birmingham Temple!! That makes #3 in England, so excited & happy for England Saints!  
God is aware of you, He is pleading with us all to reach out to Him and then to hold on to the iron rod and STAY on the covenant path. 💜 
I love how it was emphasized to forgive ourselves in order to forgive others and in order to receive forgiveness from our Savior. Jesus Christ is the only solution and the only way and I love getting to know Him a little more every day. 🌟

It's crazy to think I was in the MTC last GC! Time is going too fast! One more General Conference on the mission and then i'm home... (basically) 
Today we had district pday:) it's Elder Reid's last pday :( so we went to the "Design Museum" and then to a really bomb korean place for lunch. Life is so good here in London. I'm happy! 💜
We are preparing our friend Bella and our friend Fareeha for baptism! Pretty stoked about it. Bella will be baptized in 2 weeks and Fareeha in about a month. I'm grateful for this crazy fun week and extremely blessed to serve the Lord at such scary, confusing times. 

Don't let satan confuse you, God loves you and that truth will NEVER change.

t's always the weeks where God is working so hard through me that satan attacks and my mental health is as gloomy as england lol. 1/10/2022 Jaw Dropping Miracles

I tried to make this shorter... I really tried. Hello to all my favorite people, I miss you! This week has literally been one of the best on the mission so far! I have no idea why God allows me to witness and be apart of this great work but wow! I am so thankful that I am able to be a missionary right now! This week every day something crazy happened that most people who aren't in the Gospel or who don't have a faith in God would have seen as coincidental but I can not deny the role God plays in each one of our lives! God is literally in control and He reminded me of that this week! Everything is in His hands! My mom wanted me to share one of the miracles that we saw this week :) like I said I tried to make this short but I really can't lol. So a typical "finding" day we would go to Uxbridge and be there for about an hour to an hour and a half max but the zone decided this week we would find for 3 hours straight 😅 Uxbridge high street is kind of like station park...

3/15/2023 Missionary Release

Dear Parents ,   The time is approaching when your daughter Sister Madison Fox will be completing her full-time missionary service in the England London Mission.  She will be released on 6 Apr 2023.  Upon her return, she will need to contact her stake president, who will interview her and officially release her.    It has been a privilege to serve in the mission field with  Sister Fox .   She  has been an obedient and enthusiastic missionary.  She  is a wonderful young  woman  and a great servant of the Lord and will be fondly remembered by all with whom she  had the opportunity to associate.  She  comes home to you worthy of an honourable release and with the love and gratitude of those who served with  her .   We wish Sister Fox happiness and success in all her endeavours. ...
