16 months!!1/16/2023

m so happy to be back in London! I actually love Enfield and i am still denying the fact that i hit 16 months. 


i definitely still miss Canterbury but im getting used to Enfield and have seen SO many miracles already ! 

starting with tuesday, it was obviously so hard saying goodbye to canterbury after 6 months and walker after 4 but tuesday sister keller & i saw so many miracles that it really helped me look forward to the new changes! 

first starting with Michael the Archangel (look him up on instagram lol) 
On tuesday sister keller and i got to haul my whole life around london and while we were talking on the tube this man asked us where we were from. We started telling him why we were here and introduced him to the Book of Mormon. We met him in central London but turns out he lives in our area! So for an hour tube ride we taught and testified and it was so cool! he said he wanted to meet again later that day! We got to meet at the church and teach Michael with a member & he is so excited to learn more. He feels he can relate to Joseph Smith searching for truth & is excited to meet with us and read the Book of Mormon! 

Enfield feels a lot like Peckham. Very diverse & colorful hahah! i am looking forward to getting to know the members & we keep getting invited to come over and make traditional african dishes so thats really exciting! 

its finally winter again and it is just as painful and miserable as i remember lol. i don't think there has been one day we went street finding and didn't come back drenched. 

we went to Camden Town for a district pday today & i bumped into a familiar face 🥳

this week we have zone conference & DAs and lots of lessons! so so excited to be here!

I'll be honest with the new area and new companion and lack of sunshine my depression has been a little less bearable than other times. but this verse rings so true. Jesus Christ is the one true source of happiness and he is the light of my life. 

this are tough occasionally but in our trials instead of thinking why me? i think "what good would that do?" what good would that do if i stayed comfortable in canterbury? what good would that do if God didn't stretch and test me? God is so so good!

t's always the weeks where God is working so hard through me that satan attacks and my mental health is as gloomy as england lol. I'm doing better but wow satan is such a pain sometimes!  so i did receive the email... the most excited and overwhelming and SCARY email ever! my plan is just a little course missionaries who are returning home are recommended to take in the last 12 weeks. so i basically got a big smack in the face like "hey, you go home soon... gotta make some plans to be adult(ish)" hahaha  not going to lie i was very upset about moving to enfield, i didn't think it was a good area and i didn't want to end my mission in a crappy area and i kind of have felt like president always sends me to "difficult" area & expects me to turn things around, thankfully God works miracles!  (Alma 26:12 amiright?🙏🏽)  just this week alone we have been lead to 7 new people who are looking for peace! 1/10/2022 Jaw Dropping Miracles

I tried to make this shorter... I really tried. Hello to all my favorite people, I miss you! This week has literally been one of the best on the mission so far! I have no idea why God allows me to witness and be apart of this great work but wow! I am so thankful that I am able to be a missionary right now! This week every day something crazy happened that most people who aren't in the Gospel or who don't have a faith in God would have seen as coincidental but I can not deny the role God plays in each one of our lives! God is literally in control and He reminded me of that this week! Everything is in His hands! My mom wanted me to share one of the miracles that we saw this week :) like I said I tried to make this short but I really can't lol. 3/15/2023 Missionary Release

Dear Parents ,   The time is approaching when your daughter Sister Madison Fox will be completing her full-time missionary service in the England London Mission.  She will be released on 6 Apr 2023.  Upon her return, she will need to contact her stake president, who will interview her and officially release her.    It has been a privilege to serve in the mission field with  Sister Fox .   She  has been an obedient and enthusiastic missionary.  She  is a wonderful young  woman  and a great servant of the Lord and will be fondly remembered by all with whom she  had the opportunity to associate.  She  comes home to you worthy of an honourable release and with the love and gratitude of those who served with  her .   We wish Sister Fox happiness and success in all her endeavours. ...
