Houston, we have a STALKER! 3/28/2022
Well where do I start?! First of all. God is so good! I don't know how but on Tuesday Sister Redford tested negative (keep in mind she only tested postive the thursday before) and we were able to go to the transfer devotional! After a long day of transfers I met my trainee! Her name is Sister Deveraux, she's from Idaho and she's really sweet. Idk what the heck i'm doing ever but especially as a trainer lol but i'm excited to get to know her a bit more and help her adjust to the mission life as much as i can :)
On Thursday, President and Sister Thompson told us some news that can literally change the whole course of my mission... we are thinking the news will be announced during General Conference so stay awake ;)
Peckham area needs lots of missionary work and because of that we have 3 companionships in the area. 6 missionaries in 1 ward, what a blessing!
Elder Reid is one of the missionaries in Peckham but he was previously in Hyde Park and idk the whole situation but there is a woman that... well she's a bit crazy. Elder Reid posted on his Facebook that he had moved to Peckham and then she randomly appeared at our chapel! Apparently she walked over an hour to find him!!! I'll spare the details because we don't want my mom to panic lol but it was pretty crazy, thankful for the Elders because after a few minutes of her being there they went straight to the police station and we haven't seen her since. What a great way for Sister Deveraux to be thrown into the mission field right?! HAHA
Kind of a slow week other then that but it's been good. I'm really happy! Good times here in the UK! I hope everyone is excited for General Conference, i know this is the time that you have to feel God's love for you personally! This is your time to get your questions and prayers answered... take advantage of that, PLEASE! We need more than ever before to rely on the words of our living Prophet. I sustain President Russell M. Nelson and that is one of my greatest privileges today! 🥰
That's basically all but here's a good scripture I read recently!
"And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors" 3 Nephi 13:11
To be forgiven we must first forgive(others AND ourselves). Forgiveness is so freeing, i can promise you that! And it all comes back to the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I am so grateful for the freedom I feel because of Christ's love and Atoning sacrifice. ❣
Rely on the Lord! Trust in the Lord! When we align our will with God's will, we get what we want every single time. 🌟
I love you all! Speak soon and enjoy General Conference! 😇
Stay sweet✌
