TWENTY-1 3/7/2022

Okay first of all i want to throw up at the fact that tomorrow is my birthday. I just turned 16 like yesterday... how am i turning 21 tomorrow?! 😭 literally turning 21 and hitting 6 MONTHS all in the same week... GAG. Birthday on the mission should be fun though. We did district pday today (my district surprised me) we went out to some south american place they found for lunch *chefs kiss* and they got us tickets to the museum in central. ❤

Miracles! A woman named Samatha met Elder Haymore on the streets and said she met sisters before but that it was years ago. But because she met him she reached out to us and she is SO prepared! The first time she called us she said "if God is the same yesterday, today, and forever why isn't there Prophets and Apostles today?" We were so excited to share the Restoration with her and it was the most spiritual lesson I have every been apart of! She has already been reading the Book of Mormon on her own and believes it's true! I'm so excited to work with her and watch her continue to grow🌻 I'm thinking she'll probably get baptized in April! So pray for her:))

This week was busy and good, I'm starting to become friends with the missionaries in this zone and I love them a lot. On Wednesday we had a mission tour and Elder De Feo came to speak to us. The Spirit was very present and The Lord spoke to me and told me a lot of things I really needed to hear, to help me through the rest of this transfer and also just through life. Extremely grateful for the spirit and love that I felt that day πŸ’œ

And a bonus! I got to see all my people that i love so much! St.Albans/Watford zone (my last zone) was at the mission tour the same day as me so i got to see the trio and Elder Ojala and Cleary. I was also reunited with the one and only Sister Jones😎 AND cherry on top! Sister Costa πŸ’— My MTC district was also reunited this week (at least all of us serving in London) so that was really fun! I hadn't seen Elder Cazorla or Sister Costa since October! That was definetely a tender mercy from the Lord:')

I love my new area. Idk if I mentioned this before but Tower Bridge, London Eye, Sky Gardens, basically all the big cite seeing spots are ALL walking distances from my flat. So that's been super cool & i hope i'm here for awhile! 🀞🀞

Thank you all so much for praying for me last week. I truly felt all the love and was strengthened by it! I want everyone to know that I'm doing better:) I was actually studying in Hebrews 13 a few days ago and there is so much power in this verse. Verse 5 says:

"Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee."

What a beautiful promise. The Lord will never-not at any point in time- leave us. Or forsake us! I learned that to forsake means to leave someone who needs or counts on you. Jesus Christ will never leave or forsake us! We NEED him and we can ALWAYS count on him. And that knowledge brings me so much joy and a lot of peace. I know he knows what's best for each of us. And when we are faced with hard things we aren't expected to fix it, we are just asked to endure it. To endure it faithfully:) The Gospel is so beautiful and it is TRUE! I'm so grateful I have the oppurtunity to share it with others. I love you all so much & i'm grateful for you! Have a happy monday & a great week.πŸ˜‡

Love,
