The Power of Perspective 9/23/2022

Friendly reminder that God loves you & if you don't think He does change your perspective!!! 


Today was evently, we watched the Queen's funeral at a ward members house we the Elders. May her majesty rest in peace. 
I do think it is so incredible the things ive witnessed on my mission. History all around. I think about Elder Holland saying "you are so closed to history you dont even realize you're making it" at the beginning of my mission often. And boy has there been history made! My life has changed forever and i also have been able to experience some very big history being made in the UK. What an absolute privilege! 

Okay so basically every week of my mission is just getting faster and faster and its really starting to freak me out. Its been such a busy week but also so happy! Especially being able to celebrate my family back home! On Thursday i got the happiest news that my cousin Q had her baby GIRL and that they are both healthy and my parents told me my little cousin Liam is preparing to be baptized in a couple weeks and i am so excited for him! I miss you crazy Fox fam so much! ♡

We have been crazy busy as always. We have been preparing the Kokoshi family for their baptism and they could really use some extra prayers right now! 

As far as the work goes we saw some miracles and are excited to start teaching a few cool people here soon! We also had a few meetings per usual. Elder Cook was here in the UK again to announce the new area presidency! There was a YA devotional and for a few stake conferences! The YA devotional was so so amazing and exactly want i needed to hear! I just felt the Spirit so strongly and I know that Jesus Christ lives. My mission has really brought me to that knowledge and i am forever changed because of my service. 

Some things i learned this week: 
•in order to be like Jesus, we must know who He is. 
•a good attitude is the product of eternal perspective 
•to be Holy is to be Humble. 

On each Temple the words "Holiness to the Lord" can be found. We are all invited to be more Holy. To be more Humble. To be like Jesus Christ by coming to know him personally! I'm grateful for this week. It was another spiritual boost and now i feel as though i am anxiously waiting for General Conference! Cannot wait!!!

t's always the weeks where God is working so hard through me that satan attacks and my mental health is as gloomy as england lol. 1/10/2022 Jaw Dropping Miracles

I tried to make this shorter... I really tried. Hello to all my favorite people, I miss you! This week has literally been one of the best on the mission so far! I have no idea why God allows me to witness and be apart of this great work but wow! I am so thankful that I am able to be a missionary right now! This week every day something crazy happened that most people who aren't in the Gospel or who don't have a faith in God would have seen as coincidental but I can not deny the role God plays in each one of our lives! God is literally in control and He reminded me of that this week! Everything is in His hands! My mom wanted me to share one of the miracles that we saw this week :) like I said I tried to make this short but I really can't lol. 3/15/2023 Missionary Release

Dear Parents ,   The time is approaching when your daughter Sister Madison Fox will be completing her full-time missionary service in the England London Mission.  She will be released on 6 Apr 2023.  Upon her return, she will need to contact her stake president, who will interview her and officially release her.    It has been a privilege to serve in the mission field with  Sister Fox .   She  has been an obedient and enthusiastic missionary.  She  is a wonderful young  woman  and a great servant of the Lord and will be fondly remembered by all with whom she  had the opportunity to associate.  She  comes home to you worthy of an honourable release and with the love and gratitude of those who served with  her .   We wish Sister Fox happiness and success in all her endeavours. ...
