Sister Madison Fox

what a week! i love what i do and I'm forever grateful that God allows me to be part of His work! this week has been one of the most memorable, we've seen so many miracles in the work and i have been reminded of a lot of precious truths in my personal study.  i totally forgot to talk about David Ashton last week but wow i love that man so much!  So Sister Højvang and i go to visit this member called Rose at her little care home once a week. And when we went to visit this sweet old man was sitting at a table all by himself and so i went and said hi and he started crying to me. He told me that he had a stroke about 4 months again and since then he can't focus very well so they moved him there. it was so sad, i gave him the biggest hug and then he looked at my tag and smiled and pulled out a really old bible that had his grandfather and fathers signatures and notes in them. Then he told me about his family and about his "sweet jenny". Then he had me call Jenny becaus...

"it is anticipated that you will serve 18 months"... i just did that as of today  sense i just had pday on wednesday this is really just a rundown of the last 4 days but lucky for you its been crazy busy & very eventful!  so thursday was my very last Zone Conference and it was such an amazing experience! Friday was busy we had our normal weekly planning and then we had to drive to oxford and we slept over at the oxford sisters flat so that we could all go to crawley to to hear from Sister Craven and Sister Brown for a England London Mission Sisters Devotional.  Was so fun to see all my bestie's! i even say Lar and Shar AND Asher and Madeline Saturday and Sunday was just devotional and becoming besties with the Craven & Browning and they did say that sister walker and i are gonna be on their red seats one day and everybody has to agree because can't you just see it?! haha anyways thats all for this week!  love you all! please prayer for my uncle Dick! and Joy ...

Dear Parents ,   The time is approaching when your daughter Sister Madison Fox will be completing her full-time missionary service in the England London Mission.  She will be released on 6 Apr 2023.  Upon her return, she will need to contact her stake president, who will interview her and officially release her.    It has been a privilege to serve in the mission field with  Sister Fox .   She  has been an obedient and enthusiastic missionary.  She  is a wonderful young  woman  and a great servant of the Lord and will be fondly remembered by all with whom she  had the opportunity to associate.  She  comes home to you worthy of an honourable release and with the love and gratitude of those who served with  her .   We wish Sister Fox happiness and success in all her endeavours. ...

I think it's kind of silly to have international womens day on my birthday not gonna lie... but maybe God is gonna teach me how to be a little more selfless lol.  Anyways this email may be a bit lengthy so sorry about it. Reading is good, it's been really hard going through all the emotions of coming home but its been a lot of learning and growth so i am definitely grateful!  Since the endowment session had be revised President Thompson really wants all of us to go to the temple this month so I begged everyone in my district to come to the temple with me today because there's no place i'd rather be today! (other than hugging mom & dad and maybe getting my birthday doughnut but all is well hahah) We also got some (british style) mexican food and it was actually good! Also my new bestie Elder Cavaco made me a traditional portuguese birthday cake, love him for that! This week has been good! It was really weird working on Monday & i was worried i'd be exhausted ...
